What does the process look like?
Consultation
During the first appointment, the clinician will confirm which type of earplug you are looking for and explain how to use and maintain them. The clinician will take impressions of your ears and you will select the colour.
Payment is due at this appointment and an invoice will be provided.
This first appointment takes 20-30 minutes.
Earmold Impression
The earmold impression will be sent to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will create a 3D model based on the impression to customize your own earplugs. This process takes approximately 2 weeks.
Earplug Fitting Appointment
Once we receive the finished earplugs, we will contact you to arrange a fitting appointment (second appointment). At this visit, you will try on the earplugs. Our clinician will show you how to insert them and review maintenance instructions.
From this day, your 30-day remake warranty begins.
Remake Warranty
Because the earplugs are custom-made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For any fitting concerns (E.g. Too tight, too loose, uncomfortable, etc.), please let our office know within 30 days of receiving the earplugs so we can have them remade. The remake warranty does not cover style or colour changes, and damage to the earplugs.

Custom earplugs can easily last 3-5 years with regular use and proper maintenance.

It takes approximately 2 weeks for the manufacturer to turn your earmold impression into custom earplugs.

Because they are specifically made for your ears, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, there is a 30-day remake warranty period for any fitting issues.
